Have A Heart Foundation (HAHF) is a CSR-registered and 80G-certified charitable organization committed to providing life-saving cardiac treatment to underprivileged children suffering from congenital heart diseases.
Established in 2013, HAHF has been working tirelessly to ensure that children from economically disadvantaged families receive timely access to quality cardiac care.

How We Work
HAHF is the compassionate connector — the critical link between a child in need, a world-class hospital, and a skilled surgeon.

Identify
Community health workers, partner hospitals, and our own outreach camps identify children with undiagnosed or untreated CHD across India.

Assess
Medical team conducts ECHO evaluation. HAHF assesses the family's financial situation and confirms inability to self-fund treatment.

Fund & Coordinate
HAHF mobilises donor funds, coordinates with the partner hospital, arranges surgery, and liaises with the surgical team throughout.

Follow Up
Post-surgery monitoring, discharge support, and follow-up care. Every case is documented and a detailed report shared with the donor.

"More than twelve years ago, a small group of individuals came together with a shared purpose—to ensure that no child in India is denied the chance to live a healthy life due to the inability of their parents to afford cardiac treatment."With this belief, Have A Heart Foundation (HAHF) was established by Mr. Rakesh Biyani, Mr. Mukesh Agarwal & Mr. Rajesh Masand . Have A Heart Foundation was born from a simple yet powerful belief: Every child deserves a chance to live. Witnessing the struggles of families unable to afford life-saving heart treatments for their children inspired the creation of HAHF. Driven by compassion and a commitment to saving young lives, the Foundation works to ensure that financial constraints never stand between a child and the cardiac care they need.
Every year, thousands of children in India are born with congenital heart diseases, many of whom cannot access timely treatment due to financial constraints. Have A Heart Foundation (HAHF) is dedicated to supporting underprivileged children by funding life-saving cardiac surgeries, treatments, and post-operative care.We also recognized that this mission cannot succeed without the support of skilled surgeons and healthcare institutions. Therefore, we partnered with leading hospitals and medical professionals to advance this cause. Their support has been instrumental in helping us save young lives.Through collaborations with leading hospitals, corporate CSR programs, and generous donors, we provide quality cardiac care to children in need. Our mission is simple: to ensure that no child is denied the opportunity to live a healthy life because of financial limitations.
